Are your choices coming from your wounds or your healing?

One of the main themes that came up last month was self love, standing in your power, and learning how to connect more deeply with yourself.

During many client sessions, a powerful realization kept appearing. The choices we make in life often come from the state we are in emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. When we are carrying unhealed trauma, old wounds, or limiting beliefs, those experiences can influence the decisions we make every day without us even realizing it.

When we are operating from an unhealed place, our choices may be guided by fear, self doubt, people pleasing, insecurity, or the need for approval. We may choose relationships, careers, opportunities, or situations that reflect those unresolved wounds.

As we begin to heal, something starts to change.

We become more aware of our triggers. We begin to understand where our reactions come from. We start noticing patterns that no longer serve us. With that awareness comes the ability to make different choices.

Instead of reacting from fear, we begin responding from a place of trust.

Instead of listening to old wounds, we begin listening to our intuition.

Instead of being guided by our past experiences, we begin allowing our higher self to guide us forward.

This is why self awareness is such an important part of healing. The more we understand our triggers, emotions, and patterns, the more we can recognize what is truly driving our decisions.

Every choice we make reflects our relationship with ourselves.

If we are feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained, that energy often influences our decisions. If we are feeling grounded, connected, and aligned, our choices tend to reflect that as well.

Healing is not about becoming perfect. It is about becoming aware.

The more awareness we have, the more we can choose from a place of self love, trust, and alignment rather than from old wounds and survival patterns.

If you are ready to better understand your triggers, release old patterns, and reconnect with your intuition, I invite you to book an appointment.

With love,

Christine
