The Guardian Within You:
The parent-child relationship signifies a beautiful opportunity for both individuals to explore, learn and grow together. These workshops are created to provide safe and supportive spaces where parents explore healthy ways of being that strengthen core aspects of their selves that will further support positive experiences with their children. We create nurturing environments that foster compassion, inspiration and empathy. Learning takes place through sharing, group activities and wellness exercises. This workshop is an experience which delivers deeper meaning in your relationship and connection between you and your child.

Individual Guidance
Reiki Healing:
A safe and relaxing place where the client will receive a 45 min energy healing session. I have my certification as a Reiki Healer.
I combine my skills as a reiki healer and my natural healing abilities to clear deep rooted trauma, negative blockages and past life re-occurrences.
Balancing the seven main Chakras ( or energy centers) in our body, I allow the flow of the universal light/ divine energy to flow through the client's body, mind and soul.
Thus, allowing them to feel their natural essence of their soul again.
Groups Guidance: Children’s Workshops
Power Within You:
Each child has a light within them, a power that replenishes themselves as well as the people around them. This power is developed through nurturing experiences that foster self-awareness, self-love, self-expression, self-esteem, creativity, compassion, inspiration, empathy and contribution. Both girl and boy programs deliver a unique experience to each child where they are able to explore and learn healthy ways of being that strengthens each of their core aspects of self: mind, body and soul. We create safe spaces where they can learn experientially through sharing, group activities, play, art, journalling and wellness education. Power within you and Little warriors represents an opportunity for all children to experience themselves just as they remarkably are.
