Finding balance between action and trust
I want to share something that came through in one of my recent sessions with a young client. He is only 19, and he is learning how to walk his spiritual path while also navigating the real world.
We talked about what it means to live in both the 3D and the 5D at the same time. In simple terms, the 3D is our physical world. It is where time exists, where we feel pressure, and where we believe things need to happen quickly. The 5D is a state of trust. It is where we believe in divine timing and feel guided instead of rushed.
As time was passing, he started to feel pressure. He began to think, “I don’t have enough time. I need to do this now. Why am I not further ahead?” This is where many people shift out of trust and into fear.
When we focus only on time, we move fully into the 3D. We start doubting ourselves. We feel anxious. We try to force things to happen. And this is when we disconnect from our path.
What I guided him to do was simple. Take action, but without fear. Do what needs to be done in the physical world, but do not attach pressure or expectations to it.
This is the balance.
You take the step. You show up. You move forward. But you do not carry fear, doubt, or urgency. You allow the rest to unfold.
This is where the 5D comes in. This is where trust lives.
He was also receiving pressure from people around him, especially around timelines and expectations. But as he stayed committed to this balance, things began to align. Step by step, he moved forward in a way that even surprised the people around him.
Now, every day, he asks how to keep believing, how to stay on his path, and how not to fall back into fear. And the answer is always the same. Stay grounded in your actions, and stay open in your trust.
It is not always easy. It takes practice. But it is possible.
And what is beautiful is that this is not about age. Whether you are 19 or 70, you can learn how to balance action and trust. You can learn how to move forward without fear and stay connected to your path.
If you feel like you are constantly under pressure, rushing, or doubting yourself, you may be too focused on time and not enough on trust.
If you are ready to find that balance and feel more aligned in your life, I am here to support you. Book a session and we can work through it together.
With love,
Christine
