How to clear what’s no longer yours
Have you been feeling heavy, tired, or emotionally drained lately?
You’re not alone. The last few months have carried intense energy shifts, especially after the September eclipse, and many of us have been feeling the effects.
When we move through emotional or energetic highs and lows, our energy field can hold on to stress, tension, or emotions that aren’t even ours. That’s why energy cleansing is such an important part of spiritual hygiene.
Just like you take a shower to clean your body, you can also cleanse your energy to feel lighter, calmer, and more balanced.
A Simple 2-Minute Energy Cleansing Practice
Here’s a quick, easy technique you can do before bed. It’s something I recommend to all my clients.
Step 1: Cleanse in the Shower
As the water flows, imagine a white light coming through with it.
Say to yourself:
“Please clear all the energies I picked up today that no longer serve me.
Anything that’s blocking my energy field, please release it and return it where it came from.
Cleanse and refresh my energy centers.”
Feel the water wash away any heaviness, stress, or emotional residue from the day.
Step 2: Clear Your Chakras Before Sleep
When you’re lying down, take a few deep breaths and bring your awareness from the top of your head to your toes, one chakra at a time.
Crown Chakra (top of your head): Cut cords from any energy that blocked your clarity.
Third Eye: Release anything clouding your intuition.
Throat: Cleanse energy from conflicts or unspoken words.
Heart: Let go of any heaviness, sadness, or heartbreak.
Solar Plexus (around your stomach): Release blocks to your confidence and personal power.
Sacral Chakra (lower abdomen): Free yourself from energy that’s limiting your creativity or joy.
Root Chakra (base of your spine): Ground yourself and restore your sense of safety and stability.
When you finish, imagine yourself surrounded by a glowing white bubble of light.
Take a few more deep breaths and allow yourself to drift into sleep.
When you wake up in the morning, you’ll notice a difference. You’ll feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to your true energy.
This simple practice helps you reset your vibration, clear what’s not yours, and start the new day refreshed.
