What makes you feel most like yourself?
This summer, I invite you to stop chasing a version of yourself that doesn’t feel real. Instead of trying to become someone new, focus on enhancing the beautiful version of you that already exists.
Ask yourself what makes you truly happy. What feels good, natural, and light in your body and heart? That is where your truth lives. Coming back to your natural rhythm means coming back to the person you’ve always been the one you loved as a child, the one who felt free, joyful, and whole.
This season isn’t about pressure or pretending. It’s about acceptance, self-love, and reclaiming the parts of you that may have been lost along the way. Honor who you are, not who you think you’re supposed to be.
