Where your patterns really come from

I had a client this week who came in with a question many people have. She wanted to understand one of her patterns. She kept asking herself why she sabotages and where this behavior comes from.

As we started the session, I tuned in. Within a few minutes, we were guided to something much deeper than she expected. We went back to a time before she was even born, when she was still in her mother’s womb.

Even at that stage, you are a soul. And your soul is aware. It feels, it remembers, and it absorbs what is happening around you.

What her mother was going through during that time had an impact on her. And that energy stayed with her.

When she was two months old, she developed heart problems and had to go through surgery. She still carries a scar from that experience. As we explored this, I told her something that deeply resonated. I said, you were heartbroken.

That moment connected everything for her.

She shared that throughout her life, she has always felt heartbroken. One of the core beliefs that came up was, I am not wanted. This belief had been running in her mind for almost 30 years.

Once we identified it, we shifted it.

We created a new belief for her to anchor into. I am chosen. My mom chooses me. My siblings choose me. My partner chooses me.

This became a powerful turning point for her.

This is how deep patterns can be released. When you are open and ready to heal, we can access the root of what is holding you back. Through my work, I tap into your energy and your chakras, and I follow what I feel to understand how deep the pattern goes and where it comes from.

When you are ready, things can shift very quickly.

If you feel like you have patterns you cannot break or beliefs that keep repeating, it may be time to go deeper. If you are ready to release what is holding you back, I am here to support you. Book an appointment and we can work through it together.

With love,
Christine
