A simple way to reconnect with your Heart
Your heart holds a lot of energy. Over time, it can carry emotions, experiences, and patterns that no longer serve you. When this happens, you may feel disconnected, heavy, or emotionally tired.
There is a simple practice you can use to reconnect with your heart and bring your energy back into balance.
Find a quiet moment and place your hand gently over your heart. Close your eyes and take a few slow breaths. Bring your attention to your heart space and allow yourself to connect inward.
You can then speak out loud or silently, asking for support from the divine or your spirit guides. Ask that any energy held in your heart that no longer serves you be released. Let go of anything negative or heavy that your heart has been carrying. Then gently invite loving energy back into your heart.
As you do this, notice how your body responds. You may feel softer, calmer, or more open. This practice helps create space for healing, self compassion, and emotional clarity.
Repeating this technique regularly can support you in staying connected to your heart and aligned with your inner truth.
