What you don’t heal, your body holds
Something important came through in one of my sessions today that I want to share with you.
We were talking about parents and older generations. And I explained that when people reach a certain age, around 60 or 65, it becomes much harder for them to do deep emotional or energetic healing. Not because they don’t want to, but because they have been carrying so much for so long.
Think about your life. At a very young age, you may have experienced pain or trauma. As you grow, more experiences happen. At 10, 15, 20, 30, more layers are added. And if nothing is processed or released, all of that stays in the body.
It becomes energy. Heavy, blocked energy.
When we do not heal, we carry this energy for years, sometimes for decades. By the time someone reaches 60 or 65, they may have been holding onto this for most of their life.
And that energy does not just disappear.
Over time, it can turn into inflammation in the body. When that inflammation stays for many years, it can begin to affect your health in deeper ways. This is when we start to see different types of illness or imbalance.
This is why healing is so important now, not later.
If you are in your 20s, 30s, or 40s, this is your moment to pause and ask yourself what you are holding onto. What have you not processed. What are you still carrying that is not yours to keep.
Healing is not about blaming the past. It is about becoming aware of what is inside you and choosing to release it.
You do not have to carry everything forever.
When you begin to heal, you create space in your body, in your mind, and in your life. You feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
If this resonates with you and you feel ready to start releasing what you have been holding onto, I am here to support you. Book a session and we can work through it together.
With love,
Christine
