Feeling alone during transitions
Many people feel alone when they begin their healing or spiritual journey. This is one of the most common experiences I hear from clients, and I’ve gone through it myself. It can feel confusing and even painful when the people, habits, and places that once felt comfortable no longer feel aligned.
When you start to heal and work on yourself through therapy, counseling, meditation, or spiritual growth you begin to raise your energy. You become more aware of patterns you’ve been repeating, such as people-pleasing, self-doubt, or unworthiness. You start to see where you’ve accepted less than you deserve and where your energy has been drained.
As you grow, your vibration shifts. You might notice that you don’t feel comfortable in certain social circles anymore. Some friendships may fade. Activities that once brought comfort, like gossiping, drinking, or zoning out in front of the TV, no longer feel right. You might even start to crave quiet, nature, or time alone.
This stage of transition can feel lonely. It may seem like you’ve lost your old world but haven’t yet found your new one. However, this is an important and necessary part of the journey. It means you are outgrowing what no longer serves you and preparing to align with what truly supports your higher self.
When you stay patient and keep trusting your path, new experiences, connections, and habits begin to appear. You may find yourself drawn to different hobbies, spending time in nature, joining a class, or meeting people who share your energy and values. These are signs that your vibration is attracting what matches your new level of awareness.
Patience is one of the greatest signs that you are connected to your essence. Impatience comes from fear; patience comes from trust. When you practice patience with yourself and your journey, you open space for peace, love, and abundance to flow into your life naturally.
If you are going through a transition and feeling alone, remember that this is not a step backward it’s a sign of transformation. You are releasing what no longer aligns with your soul and making space for a higher, more fulfilling version of yourself to emerge.
If you’d like support through this stage of your healing journey, feel free to book an appointment. Together, I can help you navigate change, release fear, and reconnect with your true essence.
