How to shift from scarcity to abundance?
One of the things I’ve noticed, both in myself and in so many beautiful souls I work with is how hard it can be to stay in an abundant state of mind.
In a world that constantly tells us there’s not enough not enough money, not enough time, not enough support it’s easy to slip into scarcity thinking. Maybe you’ve heard yourself say, “I can’t afford this,” or “Things are just too hard right now.” I’ve been there too. We all have.
But here’s something that changed everything for me: scarcity is not a permanent place it’s a temporary moment. And it doesn’t define who you are or what your future holds.
When scarcity shows up whether through bills piling up, job worries, or simply feeling like you're falling behind, the most important thing is to not attach yourself to it. Don't let it become your identity. Instead, remind yourself: This is just for now. Abundance is still possible. I am still worthy of receiving.
It takes practice. It takes intention. But over time, you can train your mind and body to stop clinging to the struggle and instead start opening to possibility.
Because when we dwell in scarcity, we’re not just thinking it we’re breathing it in. We let that energy sink into our bodies. It settles in our energy centers, especially those tied to self-worth and security, and keeps us feeling blocked and stuck.
So I invite you today to pause and shift:
Notice when scarcity thoughts come in.
Don’t judge them: gently tell yourself, this is temporary.
Place your hand on your heart and say, Abundance is coming. I am enough. I will have more than enough.
Choose not to dwell. Choose to move with grace, even when it's hard.
You are allowed to trust that things are working out for you, even before they show up in your reality.
With love,
Christine
