Why letting go brings results
Many people believe that the more you hold on, the more control you have. That if you keep thinking about something, pushing for it, and trying to manage every detail, you will get the result you want. But in reality, holding on often creates the opposite.
When you hold on, you are holding on to the heaviness. You are holding on to expectations, to outcomes, and to control. You may not realize it, but this creates pressure in your body and in your energy. It can feel like overthinking, worrying, or trying to force something to happen in a certain way. This is what blocks the natural flow.
Letting go is different. Letting go means you are no longer holding onto that heaviness. You are no longer attached to how something should happen or when it should happen. It does not mean you stop caring. It means you release control.
When you let go, there is no expectation. There is no pressure. There is no need to force anything. You allow things to unfold in their own timing. You trust that what is meant for you will come in the right way, at the right time.
You allow the universe, the divine, and your guides to take the lead instead of trying to control every step. And this is where things begin to shift. When you are not holding on tightly, you become open. You create space. And in that space, things can finally move toward you.
Letting go is not losing. It is allowing.
If you have been feeling stuck, trying to control everything, or holding onto outcomes that feel heavy, it may be time to release and trust. If you need support in learning how to let go and come back into flow, I am here to help you. Book a session and we can work through it together.
With love,
Christine
