When people hear the word meditation, they often think it means sitting quietly for half an hour, trying to clear their mind completely. But that’s not the only way to meditate. In fact, meditation can simply mean being fully present and mindful in whatever you’re doing.
For me and many of my clients, meditation isn’t just about sitting still, it’s about being in a state of awareness.

Manifestation it’s the process of bringing your dreams and desires into reality. It’s not just about wishing for something , it’s about actively putting out the energy of what you want and aligning yourself with it.
